How every game stays fair
- When the host presses Start, the contract takes everyone's stake from their wallet and the bot publishes the hash of a secret seed. The seed can't change after this.
- The next block's hash is stored as public randomness. The bot couldn't know it when it chose the seed.
- Each round's bullet chamber comes from the seed and that block hash together. Players see neither until the end.
- At the end the bot reveals the seed and every pull. The contract replays the game and pays the winner itself.
The bot can't name a different winner: the contract rejects any seed or turn history that doesn't add up.
